Ultimate Team level and points are being transferred to another account.

I'm having an issue to where my main account levels, points, and season level are copying to another account on my playstation. The problem is I'm a level 37 on my main account but I let my brother play on another account I have on my console but it shows all my level progress and points on that account as well. He played some solos on the backup and now im a level 38 on my main account but the backup account got my level 38 pack and not my main account.

Apologies for the misunderstanding. This is something an advisor will need to investigate so please continue with them through the case you opened. Going forward, your brother should play on their own account to avoid this from happening.

I'm sorry to say, content and progress cannot be transferred to another account. The best I can recommend is that your brother use their own account.

...... I'm not asking for it to be transferred. That's literally what the game did. My MAIN ACCOUNT was a level 37 season level. My brothers account should of been a level 1 but it wasn't. It started him off as a level 37 as well and when he hit level 38 it gave him the pack. Now my MAIN account is also a level 38 but didnt give me a pack. My case number is 185421565 if you would like to look at the proof photos.
