After update, cannot save dynasty games

Is anyone having difficultly saving games in offline dynasty after the update? Now, I play a game, “return to hub” and I get a message saying “could not enter franchise mode” and it takes me back to the opening screen with my game unsaved. 

Any ideas/fixes?
