AjaxError/Error code 400 when attempting to use the Team Builder website

when I tried to upload a logo for teambuilder it was taking a while so I refreshed and then it popped up with AJAX error and now it won't let me open teambuilder at all

Thank you all for your reports on this issue. We will investigate the matter and share more information as soon as possible.

Below are some steps mentioned in this thread that have helped others.

TazVizsla:...Try Microsoft Edge browser & it may fix your problem too!
mistergunz I am on chrome now and I used a VPN and teambuilder works for me now. Not sure if this will work for everyone but it's worth a try.

arz2one: is there any punctuation in the team name, abbreveation, etc? I had a "." in my abbrev, and i deleted and got it to save...

DaChip15: try using Microsoft edge cuz I switched web browsers and it worked.

Bestaliv_2x: make a new tab sign out of the team builder then sign back in and you should be able to go back to your other tab and it should work.

TLski87: Deleted that team and completely remade it the same exact way and it worked just fine. I guess a team can get corrupted somehow and it's a lost cause on that file.

Open the page from a new incognito tab in your browser.

Make sure your game isn’t open at the same time.

I just finished my team after creating and importing a custom logo, spent 40 minutes customizing 3 uniforms sets. And making a custom field. For some reason it won’t let me submit my team. I’m on Mac I don’t now if could cause any issues.

It's now January days away from the NC game and this game still has this error and EA has never even addressed it. I've been able to create a number of teams on the teambuilder site but the site itself has a number of crazy bugs and issues.
I had a team I create a few months ago and couldn't remember why I never used it. I tried editing over the team to create a new team. I was able to edit everything and save it with no issues, however once I finished (after hours of work) I tried to submit the team and boom got hit with the team submission error bug. It had been so long since I had seen it that I thought it was just crazy for me to still be seeing this bug months later. I can't see how they refuse to fix bugs for the life of a title iteration.

I was able to upload my team. then I wanted to change the color of something AND that was it i didnt change anything else now it wont upload? giving me the 400 error?? help
