i have got the token for the store 2 days now and still am not able to open any of the packs is their something you guys can do?

Been happening to me for 3 or four days. I have over 7k sand and i have every daily plus the initial fortune card. Game is just broken. Unfortunately the store goes away next week I believe, doubt EA will fix it
