I purchased the game but it has too many bugs that it's unplayable. Can I get refunded?

I purchased it digitally from xbox. They won't refund because it's beyond 14 days. I waited for the first big patch update hoping it would fix many of the issues, but there are still too many problems that make the game unplayable
There are too many bugs to bother reporting them all
PlayStation and xbox won’t give out a refund because they will say it’s not on their end but will point the fingers at ea for the issues
