Dealing with the same issue here. No answer from anybody. Let me know if you hear anything. Only questions I've been seeing get answered lately habe been about preorder bonuses. This is ridiculous.
Nothing as of now. Gonna keep contacting EA support every day until they get this fixed. I'd suggest you do the same thing, hopefully it'll push them to fix it
