Its crazy there has been no response from anybody regarding this after all this time despite the numerous posts of people dealing with this same issue. EA support doesn't seem like they know what to do and nobody appears to be working on this. Gonna just uninstall and cancel my preorder for the next game so I don't have to deal with this anymore.
