I had the same thing happen to me about a month ago. Put in a report, got absolutely no response. Then the draft update happened and it started to work again... Until 2 days ago, when I got disconnected again. Put in another report and have so far received no response. I'm starting to get extremely pissed, especially seeing other people report something and getting an immediate response. It seems they pick and choose which people they respond to, which is crazy.
