Cannot Legends Supreme Booster Pack

On the “Beginners Offers” tab of the Store, I see an option for “Legends Supreme Booster Pack” for 500 points. I have sufficient points, and it says its Step 1/4. Every time I attempt to purchase, the error message says “An issue has occurred, please try again later. Contact Customer service if the issue continues to occur.”

Am I missing something?
