CFB 25 (And previous Madden Titles) Causing Xbox Series X to hard crash

I know I'm not the only one who's had this issue over the years but I do have a little more detail to add.

CFB 25, and Maddens 23, 24, and 25, have all caused my Xbox Series X to crash and full power cycle. 

This ONLY happens on those four games. 

The only work-around I have found has been to purchase an external cooling fan to place on top of the console. This prevents the crashes. While this makes it sound like the console is overheating: it simply is not. The console is not hot to the touch, and MUCH more heat comes out of the top when playing Call of Duty, Fortnite, etc. This console was purchased in the fall of 2020 if that matters.

There is also not an issue with dust or hair on the inside of the console, I took to an Xbox Authorized repair shop, and watched them do a full tear down, cleaning, and re-pasting of the console. Took it home, booted up CFB 25 and had an "overheat" after about 90 minutes. 

If anybody can help me with a fix it'd be great.
