CFB 25 Blurry graphics

For some reason the game looks awful on my console with a 1080p 144hz gaming monitor on xbox series s. Almost looks like an old madden or even madden mobile.  It looks blurry and fuzzy and 720p at best and I've done everything I can to fix it. On top of that the one setting that would seem to be a solution to this situation (Disable Motion Blur) which other people have as an option in their accessibility settings isn't showing up in mine. I bought an xbox and spent $350 in total just to play this game and it doesnt even look right. Extremely frustrating and makes the game completely unplayable and I just need some way to fix it. (Yes I messed with my monitor settings and my xbox's visual settings and nothing helps).
