CFB 25 Error downloading latest roster

In CFB 25 Ultimate Team I have been getting the same error for about two days now. The error is a failure to download latest roster. I try and download it again and then I end up just getting booted ...

You heard any kind of update? I've submitted a ticket and have scoured every inch of the web trying to find a solution....absolutely ridiculous
