CFB 25 Squads Load In Issue - High Frequency

When loading into CFB 25 Ultimate Team squads with my two friends, over 50% of the time the screen freezes. Sometimes waiting 5-10 minutes fixes this. Sometimes you wait around and are kicked from the game and receive a loss. This has led to us losing many games, including playoff games, and wasting a lot of time. I understand occasional load in issues, but these issues happen more than 50% of games we try to play and have cost my friends and I a lot of rewards. It also has killed a lot of the excitement we have for the game because we know winning a championship is nearly impossible with the load in issues.
