CFB 25 Trophy- “Moving on Up”

I’m currently sophomore in Road to CFP but i haven’t gotten the trophy that says I need to advance to Freshman. I’ve already tried syncing the trophies on PlayStation and talking to PS support but they said to talk to ea. is there any way I can get this trophy?
