CFP 25 Trial PS5

I am trying to keep playing my College Football 25 EA Play Trial on PS5. I have only played 3 Hours, it says in the PS5. I also made sure not to leave it on rest mode. And now I am getting the error. 

"Thank you for trying "Game." Your trial has expired. Please purchase the game to continue playing"

My EA Play recently expired without me knowing, so I though it must have been that, so I re bought it for a month, but it still gives me the error. Now I want a refund for the EA Play I bought.
