CFP Challenges Error

So, I had 6/8 challenges completed for the college football playoffs challenges. The only one I needed to complete was gain 2500 total yards of offense and I had around 1800/2500 yards. I literally grinded for hours in solo seasons to get the CFP entry tokens. This happened on PS5 and it happened the day Season 5 dropped. The challenges literally say “available until 1/31” and now my challenges are all reset. I even have the 94 OVR BND Blake corum. I’m just really upset and need that dang token !! Help!
