CHAMPS GAMES STILL NOT COUNTING

If you play a full game of champs out, there is a 50/50 chance that game just will not count. Was hoping this issue would have been addressed in an update but i just had another win taking away from me in champs. This is unacceptable from a company like EA. This has been going on for two months now at least.
