Champs Unexpected Reset Progress & Lost Rewards

While playing CFB25 UT, I was disconnected during a match due to the opponent's poor connection. Unexpectedly, my progress was reset. As a result, I cannot obtain additional rewards as it will be reset tomorrow at 1:30 pm EST. After speaking with customer support through EA chat, the customer service agent directed me to make a post as they could not compensate me.
