Champs Wins Not Counting in Ultimate Team

Hello,

I wanted to raise a concern that’s been affecting Champs games in College Football 25 Ultimate Team. Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve experienced multiple games where I earn a clear win, but the game doesn’t register at all. No coins, no stats, and no record on my Champs tracker. The win just vanishes.

I’ve tried every workaround I’ve seen online (letting the cutscene play, skipping it, holding buttons, etc.) and none of them work consistently. It’s honestly starting to feel like there’s a bigger issue behind this, maybe even something certain players are aware of and can exploit. I’m not here to accuse anyone, but the frequency of this happening is troubling.

This used to be one of the most reliable ways to earn coins and enjoy weekly competitive play. Now it’s taking twice as long to finish Champs runs because half the games don’t count.

Is EA aware of this issue?

Is a fix being worked on?

Is there a recommended way to avoid this happening?

Any update or guidance would be appreciated, and I know many in the community are experiencing this too.
