Champs Wins Still not counting.

If you play a champs game all the way to the end and win, the game does not count. This issue has been going on for months now. I opened a ticket and they told me to post here. There are many players that this is happening to and it is disrespectful to your customers that buy packs and try to improve their team to not even have the games count. Please actually look into this and fix it.
