@awuku23 Mine is almost unplayable. I have tried all 3 of my PS5 controllers, and all have the same issue. Randomly lose ability to control players or navigate in-game menus. I have tried resetting controllers and reconnecting them. Would love to hear some official advise.

I’ve been having this issue for months. Cant play the game. Cant press “any button” to even get into the game without resetting the controller. I pretty much have to reset it to do anything. Once in the game, it automatically goes to the view of the route tree/assignments, I can snap the ball but then cannot pass it, it’s just stuck. Emailed support while back with no issues. I’ve made sure software is up to date, deleted the game several times and re-installed, nothing works. Very frustrating, just $90 on a game wasted…
