College Football 25 Error

I receive the message " Looks like you need to renew EA Play" (0x803f800d). I don't have an EA Play subscription, I won't buy an EA Play subscription. I have the disk. There is no issue with the disc. I have verified that it is not damaged or dirty. How do I play the game that I paid your company money for?
