College Football 25 giving error when trying to join online games

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I have recently run into a problem with College Football 25 that I can’t seem to find a resolution for. When trying to play any game mode within Ultimate Team, I am immediately given the “server could not process” error and kicked back to the main menu. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game, verified I have the most up to date version, verified my NAT is “open”, cleared my MAC address, and verified my EA account is still logged into the game. I truly don’t know what else to do at this point. Can anyone help?

Apologies for the late response on this. If you're still getting this error,&nbsp;I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
