Please try resetting your EA Account password at help.ea.com
After that, try closing your game and restarting your console to see if this continues. If so I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a look at your account.

I have already tried resetting several times as stated earlier. How do I get support to assist?

I am having the same issue. I have reset my password ten times and each time it still comes up with the same message. I then went onto my EA sports account to "unlink: my account, but every time i go to unlink my account i get this message.

You can use the following link to contact our support
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select College Football 25
- Select the See all help topics
- Select the option I need help logging in to my EA Account
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

Really can’t. I get an bot error message when I try to use the chat repeatedly. No other options to resolve problems from what I’ve seen.

This was exactly the fix. The chat goes quickly, and you can link the accounts right after. One warning, your account will lose all games, progress, in-app purchases, save files, etc on other consoles that were connected to that EA account when they unlink it. That is what was explained to me by support. CFB25 works for me now though.
