where did you contact support, I cant find a phone number or an email to call. I have the same issue.
@UrbanMuffinTop excatly. its the dumbest * thing ever. You have to make a "case" and then they wont respond and will just close the case. its impossible to resolve
Yep I have 2 cases with them and they both were closed as “fixed” and “resolved.” No one from the EA tech support ever contacted me. It’s absolutely B.S. I’ve had the game since the early access and have yet to play online because of this
