My account name is as the tag I have here and I am having the same problem on my Xbox. I have tried just about anything I can think of and find on here. Hope I can get some help.
Good news everyone, after I was on chat with customer support, they had to unlink my old EA sports account so I could then re-link my new one. On the EA website you just have to link your account to what gaming system you are playing under (mine was Xbox). After I linked it I loaded up college football 25 and my online was working immediately.
