I have also had the same issue since early access. I consider myself very computer and console literate and have logged into EA multiple times on PC and my phone. When I load NCAA 25, it keeps prompting me to change my EA password, which is the same email that my Xbox account is setup with. I know it is changing my password too because every time I play battlefield on PC, EA makes me sign in again with the new password. If there is a way to contact customer support to help walk me through the issue, please let me know!
