Conference Stories Pack -unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase

I was in the process of buying a pack when the game crashed n kicked me out now I don’t have my pack and i can no longer buy anything without  Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchas...

    Thank you all for reporting the issue with the Conference Stories Pack. We are aware that some users are unable to complete the transaction due to a previous pending purchase. Our team will investigate this issue. Stay tuned to this thread for further updates.

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Road to the College Football Playoff
Summarize your bug The game won’t allow me to buy packs after the game froze and crashed on me now I can’t buy anything without Unable packs out the store with a error message popping up saying purchase can’t be processed until payment is processed it done deleted the game and reinstalled and it’s happening
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It just happened
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t buy nun from the store
What do you expect to see? The pack I had brought with the players n b available to purchase packs again

I successful purchased one pack but the next pack it froze up and afterwards the game won’t allow me to purchase nothing from the store
