I have had so many issues with ultimate team this week, here's some of what's been frustrating me:
In the first image you can clearly see that my beginners offers page is empty basically, I did get the rewind packs but I never got this week's base booster
In the next one the CFB Ultimate team clearly tweeted out that everyone that purchased Legends specific packs will receive the same packs they opened, but I was chatting with support today and he basically dodged the fact that any and all statements were put out and told me tough luck
and the last one is a case I have opened at 7:42 pm EST 01/23/25 and it says it's been updated in a future date....
Come on EA, I can't even get in a chat anymore with support.
