When I goto season 2, I click on daily 250 yards, I select solo seasons and hit all American to play.
I get "Our Servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."
I have tried on H2H, I've tried diff levels.
I have power cycled my xbox.
Not sure what else to do.

I had the same issue. It was my lineup. I just chose create the best overall lineup in the lineup screen and it resolved my issue.
It maybe your lineup. I had the same issue and choosing create the best overall lineup in the lineup screen resolved the issue for me.
I'm having the same issue but on the PS5. I'll try changing my lineup and see if that fixes it.
