CUT Challenges Server Error

    1. Try to load Wes Welker in Challenges --> Legends: Bowl Legends
      1. As soon as I select the first challenge (Difficulty: Hard, Play Solo) I get the error
    2. Message: Error - Our severs cannot process your request at this time
  7. What type of issue do you have? 
    1. See above
  8. Which mode has this happened in? 
    1. Ultimate Team
  9. Which part of the mode?
    1. Challenges

    Hey, folks

    I am looking to get information from players on challenges that cause an error when attempting to play - "Our servers cannot process your request"

    If you run into this error in any challenge you play, please reply with the following information below.

    Note: Please add any screenshots you can of the errors and challenges you are trying to play!

    • EA ID/Steam ID
    • Platform
    • Which console generation do you have? 
    • What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? 
    • Date/time issue occurred?
    • Summarize your bug 
    • What type of issue do you have? 
    • Which mode has this happened in? 
    • Which part of the mode?
    • Did you generate a new lineup?
    • Have you applied any upgrades to players in your lineup?
    • Have you recently changed uniforms or other items?


    Workaround:

    Some players have had success with resolving this error by generating a new lineup. However, when doing so, you will need to remove any special players you have from the lineup. For example. the Genki players, or any other special versions of the players you have.

    Also, remove and captain abilities you have applied as well.

    Also, change uniforms and remove any players with upgraded abilities. To get in the game, try to make the team with the most basic players you have, and then have the system sync up.

    I have the same issue with Against all odds and it is specific to that mode. I was able to do the underdog solo challenges, h2h season games, varsity solo season games, and last stand house rules

    splinterce_sm7a Are you able to play other challenges and modes? is it only specific to the "against all odds" solos? Do any other challenges provide the server error?

      1. Tried to load and and play CUT Against All Odds Solo game mode which requires a 90 overall or less team lineup and even though it worked previously now I continue to get thrown an error that the mode cannot process
      2. Message: Error - Our severs cannot process your request at this time

      1. Whenever I try to play against all odds in solo seasons it instantly says “Error : Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. "

      1. Tried to load and and play house rules didn’t work so tried regular seasons and champs and that didn’t either so all playable game modes keep crashing giving me an error message.
      2. Message: Error - Our severs cannot process your request at this time

      1. All playable game modes on ultimate team

    CatrickMahomes I split your reply to a new thread as the original one was resolved. This way we can keep a new paper trail of other players who may also be running into it.

    I am redownloading it now and going to try to test it out on my end.

    Update: I was able to get in and play the first one with no issues but I see more threads on challenges not working.
