Decoldest Crawford Glitch

I am unable to play offense with Decoldest Crawford in my starting lineup. I’ve tried several times in to Que offense with him in my lineup and it will not put me into a game. I am able to play defensive captain just fine. When I took him out of my lineup, it would let me play offensive captain. Please help ASAP.
