Did not receive Ultimate Team MVP Bundle rewards
I purchased the MVP bundle and did not receive my points and packs for ultimate team. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and still nothing.

Thanks for reaching out about this. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
If that doesn't help, please open a case with an advisor with these steps:
- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Select College Football 25
- Select "See all help topics"
- Choose "I'm looking for something I bought"
- Select a contact option
