Didn't receive Derwin James Jr from Set

7 to 10 minutes after promo drop January 16th Thursday I put cards into Derwin James Jr set instead it gave me 94 Esperesa did anybody have this issue

Why is it that the EA servers are always down on my NCAA25 game?. This is unacceptable in my opinion. How do we alleviate this issue?
