Disconnect loses

Why do I keep getting disconnect loses when I’m within all the metrics needed to play the game. I have under 200ms latency and under 5% packet loss. This is the 2nd week in a row I have phased out of my gauntlet cause of it.

I just won a game last second and when I went back it was like I never even played. The win didn’t show or a loss but I clipped the final play and took pictures of final stats.
