Dynasty Bugs/Issues

#1 All users in year 2 are able to edit "Apearance" and edit their new recruits Height and Weight to whatever they like, regardless of what the edit setting is set to under league settings. 

#2 The "Schedule Visit" being locked when the recruit is ready for a visit.

#3 Free Practice not available a majority of the time.

#4 While handeling the "Encourage Transfer" tab at the beginning of a new season, you cannot view players or view roster. This has a huge dynamic as you cut your roster down to 85 players. It would make sense to be able to have the chance to view every player freely to make sure you're not cutting Star or Elite players and keeping Normal or Impact players.
