Dynasty Score Switching

Hi, im currently doing a oregon st. dynasty and in my pac 12 championship i won the game 14-10 by a last second touchdown and as the game finished up, the score flipped and wsu won 14-10. i couldnt go back and exit to hub bc it had reset after the game had ended and i couldnt go back and force win because it had already ended and it was the championship game. the bug ruined my season. just hope maybe you guys can find a fix for it since this has been an issue since launch.
