EA Play reward - Supercharge Pack not showing up

Hello, I've been playing CF25 on PS5 since release, but just signed up for EA Play today because I saw the bonus to get this Supercharge Pack.

Ive logged in and out of game and UT and nothing. Its been about 3-4 hours.

    It's been since pack launched for me and still won't show. No faith in EA to fix

    Been a member for 3 years, don't ask me why anyways Im on playstation and never received
