EA Server Error. PS5

The servers worked fine for the first 24 hrs, but have not been able to use any online feature for over 24 hours. I keep getting this same error message saying to try again later.

We pay an extra $30 to not be able to even play the game? With so many messages on here sayin the same thing, stop asking people to check their internet and hard reset their consoles. Please take accountability for a massive failure to have your servers ready. You knew this was going to be a massive release, yet here we are.

    Hey @RiVeRaThO 

    To check, what is the full error message you are getting?

    Also, if you haven't can we give the following a try?

    1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
    2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    3. Perform a power cycle.
      • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
      • Turn it back on after one minute.
      • Launch your game.
    4. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
    5. Restore the license for the game.
      • Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
      • Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
  • “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

  • I’ve also done every step on your troubleshooting list. None of it works. What can be done so I can play the game I paid $100 for?

  • Yeah I’m still down and now can’t play for 2 days as well

  • @EA_Illium im following up on this issue. Clearly you see there are a MASSIVE amount of people with server issues for online game modes. I cannot access UT, Dynast, or even play an exhibition game if I’m online.

    the only way to play the game is go disconnect from the internet and play the CPU.

    What is EA going to do about patching this bug?

    Hey @RiVeRaThO 

    Thanks for the additional information, to confirm do you get a specific message when you disconnect from any game mode?

    We've had a couple of maintenance updates from the team, which have blocked access to one or more modes and have come out since the early access period of College Football. 

    Currently, if you are unable to access any game mode we would want to try a few additional steps to check if we can resolve this.,

  • I get this whenever I try to play ultimate team and can’t play against anyone or play anything in ultimate team cause it says “servers cannot process at this time. Please try again later”
