In addition, there is a player glitch problem. I edited the appearance of a qb in my online dynasty. The game froze, kicked me back to the Xbox Home Screen. Now the player is a 12 overall (was 75 overall), with 0 attributes, no name and no picture. Is this related to the ea server problem? How can this be fixed.
@Mundanejoker715 Please try these steps: clearing your cache, check for updates, power cycle your game system, deleting and reinstalling the game. If none of this works I recommend you contact ea support advisor just to say you tried, they will just tell you the same things I did and you will be SOL. Please give xp on other questions like this under this thread and others, or answer me too, it helps give more attention to these issues so hopefully we can play again faster.
