For Help from EA Community Managers: Disconnected and Eliminated from Gauntlet
EA Community Managers: I tried very hard to get EA help advisors to fix or help my problem but they insisted that they can’t do anything and to go to you to help me. Basically, I decided to play gauntlet for the first time this week and was looking forward to it all week. I paid the 50,000 coin entry fee and everything was going smoothly with my run until my 4th game. I was
2-1 and not very happy with my record but in my 4th game I just got disconnected as soon as the game started. This has happened to me before (I’ve tried to block all the glitchers I’ve faced that did this) so I knew I would get the loss right away and was very upset and frustrated considering this was gauntlet I was really excited about it. Is there anyway you community managers can reset my gauntlet this week and give me another shot (im fine with paying the 50k coin entry again) or give me a make right or make good of some kind? I really wanted to make coins from this gauntlet run especially with the new season next week so anything you guys can do for my account would really help.
