From the Community Achievement

I completed the “From the Community” achievement twice, but it did not work. Is there a way to correct it? Is this a problem for Microsoft? Nothing makes it work, I see that there are a lot of people with this issue; only 14% of players have the achievement. I don't understand why EA cannot just remove the achievement from the game or unlock it for everyone
