On xbox series S I am unable to hear a lot of chants and special songs in the game. My school of choice is Florida state and I have not heard the war chant once despite playing against my brother who is on PS5 saying he heard it perfectly. I also cannot hear the “we are penn state” chant among others. is there a way to fix this or is it just some launch day difficulty?

Yes me too, no War Chant at FSU. On Series S.
When I play with FSU at the start of the game and through the game I can hear everything else but the tomahawk chop and the band, I just hear a crowd of people, when I play with any other team I can hear their chants and everything else, it’s only when playing with FSU
Same thing happening to me, I assume you are using Xbox series S? If so it seems to be a widespread issue among series S users. No idea if they have said anything

Summarize your bug I (plus what appears to be all other Xbox Series S users) are unable to hear the FSU Warchant (fans/band) during the pre game or during the actual game. I have played 10+ games as FSU at home, during different times, both broadcast, and nothing. I have tried in Dynasty and Quick play. I will even hear the announcers say "you're going to be hearing that war chant all day" or something along those lines yet there is no chant or band doing the tune.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use a Xbox Series S console and literally load up a quick play game as FSU at home, and play any team. You will not hear the war chant from the fans or the band. You can also check dynasty. I believe it is only happening with series s consoles so don't try a series X or PS5.
What happens when the bug occurs? No audio occurs, like I said above
What do you expect to see? I expect to hear the war chant from the fans and the band playing, how it was advertised and how I've seen my friends on PS5 + Xbox series X see/hear it.
FSU war chant for Xbox Series S users does not work no matter what.
Hey all, noticed that Florida State's touchdown band audio is playing it's first down cadence instead of the touchdown "Neck" audio as it is supposed to. Thought it was a random bug but it has started happening consistently. Believe it may be due to the game mistaking a touchdown for a 'new first down'.
Another one to add to this, no band song plays on the entrance to the Tenesse Volunteers games. Series S again.
It would be nice if someone from EA could acknowledge that these audio glitches are being addressed as it really kills the immersion. Surely it can't be a technical limitation of the Series S, it's just audio ?!

I won’t a refund if not fixed
Anyone reading this let me know if you are interested in potentially joining a class action lawsuit as this is the literal definition of false advertising from EA. I am speaking with a lawyer later in the week, if you are interested please let me know. So beyond sick of EA's lack of communication and assumption that we will just deal with it.

I've played many games now with FSU and I haven't heard the War Chant at all! I'm on the Xbox Series S and I only bought it to play this game with FSU. This is nasty work if they plan to leave the FSU War Chant off this console for no reason.

We are indeed working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. Thank you to everyone for giving us a heads-up here on the forums.
Title explains it best, the update has just completed downloading and there still is no FSU war chant in play now, so I’ll assume it’s also not in dynasty games either.
Hello, I was wondering when we could fix the Florida state chant on Xbox series s? I saw it was in the last update however, the chant doesn’t work. As a big Florida state fan it would be awesome if this could get added. Thanks!
