Game Freezes When "Press any Button" pops up
Hey y'all, I just went and bought a PS5 and NCAA25 yesterday. Every time that I try and open the game it gets stuck on this loading screen that says "press any button" i know that my controller works...

EA Staff (Retired)When you have a moment, can we try the following steps?
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
- Turn it back on after one minute.
- Launch your game.
- Restore the license for the game.
- Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
- Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
