Getting "Error Restricted" message when I try to go into the TofV Challenges

When trying to go into the Tower of Valor challenges I am getting a "Error Restricted" message. The other challenges groups seem to be working, but I cannot get into the Tower group. It was working fine an hour or so ago, but now I can't access those challenges all of the sudden.
