Graphics on creating a player in RTG

So I just bought the game after seeing people play it online so I opened up RTG to create a player but the characteristics weren’t up to standard, especially the hair and facial hair, they were poor graphics and not even rendered properly so I tried to fix it but reseting the game and clearing the previous data and history, and also updating it but they didn’t work. So I went online to see if there was a simple fix but it was quite hard to see any information about it but there wasn’t so I asked Chat GPT and tried everything it says and none of it worked. So I am wondering if you can tell me what to do to fix this?
