Help challenges bugged

Question

I’ve done all trouble shooting steps even spoke with an ea member and I was told to come here to fix the issue I’ve been doing the scavenger hunt in cfb 25 trying to get my team ready on cfb 26 but I keep encountering an error when I click on one of the challanges (needed to get a token) this message says ea could not process your request at this time over and over all trouble shooting has been done and I’m just at this point thinking I’m not getting my free cards that carry over&nbsp;

Same here. I can't open the college football playoffs prologue without it sending me back to the main menu repeatedly. It doesn't matter if I redo my lineup, no matter what I cannot play. This is ridiculous since I've done the other challenges and this one is going to hold me back

Sucks that so many people are having issues that leave them one short. I think I got an extra U token instead of a T so I've completed everything but still one short. Guess ea really wanted the $5 I spent on a platinum player lol. Gonna try Ea help again in 26 and see if they can do a grant for the player

Had the same issue, needed to adjust the lineup by removing the NOT REQUIRED players from the depth chart. As long as there are no gaps in the new lineup, was able to enter the CFB Prologue and complete.&nbsp;
