How many cases have you created for this? When checking their status, do any say "waiting on player"?
one says waiting on player but it won't let me talk to an advisor anymore.

Normally, that means they are waiting for you to respond with whatever information they requested. Did you do that?

I have responded by email but I never get a reply from the customer experience team. Is there a different email I am supposed to send my information to?

Can you try responding through the case instead?

I would if it allowed me to do so. I am only allowed to see the previous transcripts there is no option to keep talking to an advisor when I click resume case.

You'll need to try creating a new case then.

Every time I create a new case the only option is to email or it comes up with other help related links. I am just simply trying to talk to an advisor.

Try creating a case without logging in. You may have the chat option then.
