I would if it allowed me to do so. I am only allowed to see the previous transcripts there is no option to keep talking to an advisor when I click resume case.

You'll need to try creating a new case then.

Every time I create a new case the only option is to email or it comes up with other help related links. I am just simply trying to talk to an advisor.

Try creating a case without logging in. You may have the chat option then.
