Thanks for reaching out. I'll see if I can help with this. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. If it doesn't, please tell me which console you're playing on and if a wired or wireless connection is being used.
I am having the same problem. On my Xbox series X. Tried your suggestions and still can not get in. I’m on a wireless connection.
Community ManagerIs it possible to try using a wired connection? If you're too far from the router, can you move close enough to use a wire just as a test to see if that resolves this?
